The long wearing and highly pigmented liner features a precise applicator making it easy and effortless to glide the liner onto your eyes or create the perfect flick.
Available in two shades: Ultra Black and Rich Brown
Place the tip of the liner at the upper lash line and sweep across the lid, keeping as close as possible
to the lash line. To create a flick, take the tip of the applicator to the last line and flick out towards the
edge of the brow and then draw back in. Shake well before use.
