What does Gigi Advanced Pre-Conception & Pregnancy Blend do?
Gigi Advanced Pre-Conception & Pregnancy Blend provides 23 vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in one daily serving, formulated to support nutritional needs throughout pre-conception, pregnancy and postpartum.
A key feature is 600µg of Quatrefolic® methylfolate, an active form of folate, alongside 402mg of choline. The formula also provides Vitamin D3, vitamins C and E, Vitamin K2, B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, selenium and chromium.
It also contains ZeaLutein®, providing lutein and zeaxanthin, alongside Mixed Tocopherols as part of its antioxidant-focused nutrient profile.
Step 1: Add 1 level scoop (6.7g) to 200-400ml of water, juice or a smoothie.
Step 2: Mix thoroughly and take once daily after a meal.
Step 3: Take either morning or evening, depending on your routine.
If you are also taking Gigi Iron Capsules, Gigi recommends taking the iron at the opposite time of day for optimal absorption.
Gigi recommends ideally beginning the powder at least three months before trying to conceive to allow time to build nutrient stores. It can then be continued throughout pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding.
