Each three-capsule serving provides 600µg Quatrefolic® methylfolate and 402mg choline, alongside Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Vitamin C, active B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, selenium and other key nutrients.
The formula uses bio-active forms including methylfolate, methylcobalamin B12, magnesium and zinc bisglycinate, plus plant-sourced calcium and magnesium from Aquamin®.
Step 1: Take 3 capsules daily with food.
Step 2: The three capsules can be taken together or split throughout the day if preferred.
Step 3: Taking the capsules with a meal can help absorption and may also be more comfortable for those with a sensitive stomach.
Gigi recommends beginning the supplement at least three months before trying to conceive where possible and continuing throughout pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding.
