How to use
Massage into clean skin twice daily, paying particular attention to the belly, breasts, hips and thighs. Using gentle circular motions, massage the tummy clockwise from the belly button, the breasts in circular movements (avoiding the nipple area), and the thighs with upward strokes using your fingertips and downward strokes with the heel of your hand.
